BRG Outdoors Yoga
 

Now more than ever, our practice matters. We call upon the power of community to sweat, breathe, and follow our practice outside! Join your favorite instructors for practice all while feeling the grass between your toes and sun on your skin.

Please come prepared with the following:​

  • Yoga Mat

  • Any props you feel would support your practice: blocks, strap, blanket/towel

  • Water

  • Sun protection

  • Layers to stay comfortable- this is an outdoor class!
     

This class is geared towards individuals aged 16+.

BRG Outdoor Boxing
Hosted in The Gym Parking Lot

It's time to meet your match. Join Thomas + Mike in the BRG Parking Lot on Tuesdays + Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm.Test your strength, agility, and willpower. Students will alternate between cardio, boxing drills, and strength training to learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches. Get core, cardio, + coordination  in this 60 minute burner! Space is limited, and pre-registration is required to participate.

 

Please come prepared with:​

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Wraps + Gloves: Gloves are available to borrow, but we highly recommend you invest in a pair of wraps for wrist stability + protection when working on the punching bag.

  • Water

  • Dress in layers to stay cool/warm- this is an outdoor event!!

BRG Outdoors Power Hour
Hosted in The Gym Parking Lot

Designed to improve overall athleticism, power through high-intensity interval training featuring staples such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and a touch of Vinyasa Flow*! Set to energetic tunes, keep your heart rate and energy high in this 45-60 minute burner. With varying tools and drills each time you return, Power Hour will help you find your edge like never before.

*Not a vinyasa yoga class

BRG Outdoors Power Vinyasa + Bouldering

Join Jessie + Rachel for 60 minutes of Power Vinyasa that focuses on full body flow + fiery core work (you’re welcome) to prepare for climbing! After we practice, we’ll enjoy ~3 hours of casual climbing at the Stinson Beach Boulders.

 

Bouldering + Yoga is one of our favorite combinations! Both practices compliment each other perfectly (in our not-so-humble opinions): both offer strong dynamic movement, challenging static holds, opportunities to increase flexibility + strength, as well as breath control and precise focus.

 

This event is geared towards people aged 16+.
