BRG Outdoors Yoga with Various Instructors








Now more than ever, our practice matters. We call upon the power of community to sweat, breathe, and follow our practice outside! Join your favorite instructors for socially distanced practice all while feeling the grass between your toes and sun on your skin. Pre registration is required to attend; these classes are free for members, day pass for guests, punch card users welcome. Check out the schedule below for instructors, class times, and park locations. 

Please come prepared with the following:

  • Properly Fitted Mask

  • Yoga Mat

  • Towel/blanket for extra joint support

  • Water

  • Sun protection

  • Layers to stay comfortable- this is an outdoor class!

BRG Outdoors Boxing

Tuesdays + Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

It's time to meet your match. We’re thrilled to announce that Boxing is finally returning to the schedule! Join Mike + Thomas in the BRG Parking Lot on Tuesdays + Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm. Classes begin May 11th. Test your strength, agility, and willpower. Students will alternate between cardio, boxing drills, and strength training to learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches. Get core, cardio, + coordination  in this 60 minute burner! Space is limited, and pre-registration is required to participate.


Please come prepared with:

  • Properly fitted mask

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Wraps + Gloves: Gloves are available to borrow, but we highly recommend you invest in a pair of wraps for wrist stability + protection when working on the punching bag.

  • Water

  • Dress in layers to stay cool/warm- this is an outdoor event!!

BRG Outdoors Power Hour with DeShauna

Mondays 4:45-5:45pm beginning June 14th

Designed to improve overall athleticism, power through high-intensity interval training featuring staples such as Dumbbells + Plates, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, and a touch of Vinyasa Flow*! Set to energetic tunes, keep your heart rate and energy high in this 60 minute burner. With varying tools and drills each time you return, Power Hour will help you find your edge like never before.

BRG Outdoors Power Vinyasa + Bouldering

Sunday, June 20th 1:15-6:00pm

Hosted at Stinson Beach











We had such a blast hosting this special event in May, we’re doing it again! Join Rachel + Jessie on Sunday, June 20th 1:15-6:00pm for 60 minutes of Power Vinyasa that focuses on the shoulders, outer hips, backside body, + fiery core work (you’re welcome) to prepare for climbing! After we flow, we’ll enjoy ~3 hours of casual climbing at the Stinson Beach Boulders.

Bouldering + Yoga is one of our favorite combinations! Both practices compliment each other perfectly (in our not-so-humble opinions): both offer strong dynamic movement, challenging static holds, opportunities to increase flexibility + strength, as well as breath control and precise focus.

We’ll meet in the Southern Stinson Beach Parking Lot at 1:15pm, roll out our mats + flow from ~1:30-2:30pm in the grass at the south end of the parking lot, then walk about 5-8 minutes to the Stinson Beach Boulders and climb until about 6pm (or whenever our fingers fall off).

Bouldering grades range from V0-V10, but are mostly in the V1-V5 range- some outdoor climbing experience is encouraged. Please come prepared with your yoga mat, layers to stay comfortable, a towel to wipe off sand, a crash pad if you have one, climbing shoes, chalk, snacks, water, and sun protection.

This event is limited to people aged 16+.

Please note that due the proximity of the boulders to the ocean, we may have to adjust the time slightly in order to climb during low tide. Currently, low tide is "scheduled" for 2:33pm that day. We'll reach out two days in advance to confirm our meetup time. We appreciate your flexibility!

BRG Outdoors Wind Down Yoga Extended Practice with Jessie

Wednesday June 23rd 5:30-6:45pm

Create balance in your yoga practice, discover the benefits of Wind Down Yoga with Jessie for a special extended practice on Wednesday, June 23rd 5:30-6:45pm hosted at Cedar Rose Park. Wind Down Yoga is a combination of restorative and yin yoga crafted to help soothe the nervous system and allow the muscles in the body to deeply relax. Practice gentle floor postures supported by foam blocks held between 1-5 minutes. The goal of this practice is to help practitioners slow down, be present, and focus on the breath to cleanse the body + mind of stress, anxiety, and anger.

Please come prepared with:

  • Properly fitted mask

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket/Towel/Bolster-we'll provide foam blocks

  • Water

  • Dress in layers- this is an outdoor event!
