All gym use is currently by reservation only. We are happy to announce that as of Sunday, November 1st, we are welcoming Day Pass + Punch Pass Holders and Member Guests!


Customers can reserve space for themselves and up to two other family members who are also members, and aged 14+. Due to limited capacity, and the logistical challenges presented by children under 14, we are unable to accomodate children under 14 who are not current Team Bridges members at this time. For families with kids under 14, checkout our new Family Bouldering Sessions below!

In order to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at using the gym:

  • Members must be current prior to booking. If your membership is currently frozen, please head over to and submit a Member Change Request to unfreeze your membership prior to booking.

  • 10 Punch Passes must be current! Please head over to to purchase a punch pass prior to booking.

  • Day Passes can be bought through the booking widgets below.

  • Sessions become available 1 week in advance

  • Limit of one session per activity area per member per day. This means you can book a Cardio Session followed by a Weight Room or Climbing Session. To ensure social distancing and capacity limitations, you will not be able to move from one activity area to another.

  • Punch Pass customers can make one booking per day per activity area.

  • Bottomless Member Guest Passes are for one guest per day during these times. Sign up your guests as "Member Guests" when booking a session.

  • Day Use customers are limited to one booking per day.

  • We need 24 hours notice to cancel your reservation on time, and make sure that another member can take your slot.

  • Cancellations can be made by emailing or by calling us at 510-525-5635. Cancellations can also now be made through the RGPro Connect Mobile App!

  • Please stay home if you're sick. If you need to cancel at the last minute because you're sick, that's a-ok: just give us a call to let us know, so that we can offer up your spot to another member.


Current Monthly Autopay and Prepaid members can reserve space for up to two adults and up to two children aged 6 or older. As a reminder, if you're a current Monthly Autopay or Prepaid member, your kids under 14 climb free with your membership!

Children under 14 require direct, proactive adult supervision at all times in our facility.

  • It is your responsibility as a parent to keep your kids safe on the floor!

  • For kids under 12, this means you are within arm’s reach of your child at all times, ready and willing to intervene in order to prevent injury.

  • For kids 12-13, who are more aware of their surroundings, this means you are climbing together in the same section of the gym, and you are ready and willing to intervene in order to prevent injury.
