RESERVATION DETAILS

We are happy to welcome Current + New Members, Punch Pass Holders, and Day Pass Holders.

 

Customers can reserve space for themselves and up to two other household members who are also members. Everyone present must be listed in the booking. Please don't book for anyone you don't live with.

As of Monday, June 21st, we no longer require reservations.

  • Reservations will be unavailable starting Saturday, June 26th.

  • We will honor existing reservations through Friday, June 25th.

In order to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at using the gym:

  • Members, please limit yourself to one booking per day. No limits on visits during off-peak hours.

  • Your membership must be current prior to booking. If your membership is currently frozen, please head over to bridgesrockgym.com/membership and submit a Member Change Request to unfreeze your membership prior to booking. If your membership is not current, your booking will be cancelled.

  • If you would like to sign up for a new membership, or purchase a 10 Punch Pass, please head over to bridgesrockgym.com/membership and then return here to complete your booking.

  • Members, please limit yourself to one Member Guest per Member per Day. Yes, you still have Bottomless Member Guest Passes for first-time visitors, but you can't bring your whole academic cohort to one session.

  • Day Passes can be purchased directly on the booking pages, linked below.

    • Climbing shoes are required on the Bouldering Floor, and can be rented for $5 on the booking page​

    • We are not currently allowing loose chalk. Liquid Chalk or a Reusable Chalk Ball can be purchased at the gym.

  • Sessions become available for reservation 1 Week in advance.

  • We need 24 hours notice to cancel your reservation on time, and make sure that another customer take your slot.

  • Cancellations can be made by emailing info@bridgesrockgym.com or by calling us at 510-525-5635. Cancellations can also now be made through the RGPro Connect Mobile App (Apple, Android)!

  • Please stay home if you're sick. If you need to cancel at the last minute because you're sick, that's a-ok: just give us a call to let us know, so that we can offer up your spot to another customer.

  • New: Waitlist! If your desired session is fully booked, and you would like to sign up for the waitlist, please give us a call at 510-525-5635. We will notify you if a spot becomes available.

FIRST TIME?

Are you a first-time climber, or maybe a first-time in awhile climber? That's a-ok with us! 

 

Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure you have a good time with us. Let us know that it's your first time when making our booking, and we'll be sure to give you a thorough orientation and check on you throughout your session.

GYM SESSION

As of Monday, May 3rd, our Bouldering, Weight Room, and Cardio Sessions have been combined into one inclusive Gym Session.

Crush your projects on our towering 18' boulders, pump some iron on the Rogue Fitness Rig, or get your sweat on with our new Free Motion treadmills!

Customers can reserve space for themselves and up to two household members aged 10+. Cardio & Weight Rooms reserved for customers ages 14+.

FAMILY BOULDERING SESSION

We're excited to welcome Families with kids to our Indoor Bouldering Area Saturdays from 10:30am-12:15pm. Our last Family Bouldering Session will be held Saturday, June 19th. Kids aged 6+ are now welcome at all times.

For now, we're welcoming kids aged 6+. As always, we require a 1:2 Adult:Child ratio, and direct, proactive supervision at all times.
