Learn how to slackline with Josué and Sophia! No experience necessary.

Slacklining is an excellent way to cross-train for any activity requiring a good sense of body awareness, and it’s a great full-body workout. Slacklining strengthens the core, as well as the tiny stabilizer muscles in your knees and ankles. Improve your footwork, agility, and balance in snowboarding, skiing, surfing, skateboarding, trail running, cycling, climbing – anything that requires balance. Everyone can benefit from a little time on the line!
