Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice, or pranayama. These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic flows that build strength and increase endurance.

BRG Outdoor Boxing
Hosted in The Gym Parking Lot

It's time to meet your match. Join Thomas + Mike in the BRG Parking Lot on Tuesdays + Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm.Test your strength, agility, and willpower. Students will alternate between cardio, boxing drills, and strength training to learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches. Get core, cardio, + coordination  in this 60 minute burner! Space is limited, and pre-registration is required to participate.

Yin Yoga with Alora
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm

Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and contracting of our muscles. We’re big movers- we appreciate a strong, flowy yoga class, but understand the importance of creating balance and settling into stillness. This style of yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and focuses on the lengthening of muscles. The poses are held longer to help restore and relax the body.

Nourishing Vinyasa with Denise
Sundays 10:00-11:00am
Hosted in The Yoga Shed

Nourishing Vinyasa is a slower, gentler, more meditative form of Vinyasa yoga. This style of yoga helps practitioners find the space between poses while still retaining the rhythm of a flow class. Weave mindful breathing, postures, and meditation to slow down and cultivate presence.

Sculpt 
Hosted in The Yoga Shed

Designed to improve overall athleticism, power through high-intensity interval training featuring staples such as Pilates, a touch of Vinyasa Flow*, all while incorporating dumbbells for building strength and stability. Set to energetic tunes, keep your heart rate and energy high in this 45-60 minute burner. With varying tools and drills each time you return, Sculpt will help you find your edge like never before.

Build muscle and skill and learn the proper techniques while performing a multitude of circuit-style exercises. Are you ready to pump some iron? Pilates Mat

It all begins at the core. Strengthen and tone your body’s power center. Referred to as the "art of controlled movement", Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing techniques to strengthen and engage the core, all while developing balance between full-body mobility and strength. This class focuses on slow controlled movements to help build strength, better postural alignment, focus, and flexibility.

The Biomechanics of Functional Body Movement with Robert
Hosted in The Yoga Shed
Mondays 6:00-7:00pm

The Biomechanics of Functional Body Movement. Functional movements are movements based on real-world situational biomechanics. They usually involve multi-planar, multi-joint movements which place demand on the body's core musculature. There are seven basic movements the human body can perform and all other exercises are merely variations of these seven: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. When performing all of these movements, you stimulate all of the major muscle groups in your body. Class equipment often includes resistance bands, foam rollers, yoga stability balls, and myofascial release balls.
