We offer a full range of group exercise disciplines from yoga and cross-training to boxing. We create opportunities for fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike to learn, grow, and develop strength with talented instructors.

CLASSES AVAILABLE ON LIVE-STREAM

​During the shutdown, we're doing our best to help our members keep up with their fitness goals.

 

Classes are free for members, and we're asking that non-members consider donating $5-25 for their participation in class. Click the button below, or here to register now.

Once you've registered, just head on over to /BridgesRockGym on Facebook. When we're live, the video will appear on our home page. PILATES MAT

Referred to as the "art of controlled movements", Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing techniques, and developing a strong core by using your own body weight. Look forward to improvements in mobility, stability, and functional strength.

YOGA ALL LEVELS

New to yoga, or just looking for a little extra instruction? A foundation in the basics is helpful but not necessary. Advanced options are available for seasoned yogis. Most of our instructors teach Vinyasa yoga- a style that links breath to movement with a flow aspect. The speed of the class will vary based on the instructor.

TRX

Prepare for a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It's great for endurance athletes, power lifters, and fitness newbies alike.  Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously by using a wall-mounted suspension strap system.
