For those of you who practice yoga with us regularly, we've been offering our yoga classes as "All Levels Prop-Free", which we will continue, but we've added the style of yoga to help you decide what kind of practice you're looking for to better suit your needs. Below are descriptions of what to expect from each offering:
Vinyasa: A style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath creating a "flow".
Power Vinyasa: An invigorating, energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting breath to movement. Expect a designated core-strengthening section, as well as to sweat!
Hatha: Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and guided meditation. Typically there is rest between practiced postures.
Sculpt (HIIT): When yoga meets strength training, Sculpt (HIIT) is born! This class incorporates dumbbells, foam blocks, and high-intensity cardio bursts to get your heart pumping! Get ready for high reps, pulses, core work, and juicy isometric holds. Cool down with intelligently crafted stretches to relieve worked muscles. Boost metabolism, build lean muscle mass, and increase your flexibility all in one session! Get ready for a combination of yoga, cardio, and strength-training moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, and more!
