We offer a full range of group exercise disciplines from yoga and cross-training to boxing. We create opportunities for fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike to learn, grow, and develop strength with talented instructors!


​During the shutdown, we're doing our best to help our members keep up with their fitness goals.


Classes are free for members, and we're asking that non-members consider donating $5-25 for their participation in class. Click the button below, or here to register now.

For those of you who practice yoga with us regularly, we've been offering our yoga classes as "All Levels Prop-Free", which we will continue, but we've added the style of yoga to help you decide what kind of practice you're looking for to better suit your needs. Below are descriptions of what to expect from each offering:


Vinyasa: A style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath creating a "flow".


Power Vinyasa: An invigorating, energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting breath to movement. Expect a designated core-strengthening section, as well as to sweat! 


Hatha: Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and guided meditation. Typically there is rest between practiced postures.


Sculpt (HIIT): When yoga meets strength training, Sculpt (HIIT) is born! This class incorporates dumbbells, foam blocks, and high-intensity cardio bursts to get your heart pumping! Get ready for high reps, pulses, core work, and juicy isometric holds. Cool down with intelligently crafted stretches to relieve worked muscles. Boost metabolism, build lean muscle mass, and increase your flexibility all in one session! Get ready for a combination of yoga, cardio, and strength-training moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, and more!


The speed of each class varies by instructor.

BRG Outdoors All Levels Prop-Free Yoga

Beginning the week of July 27th, 2020 we're psyched to announce we'll be hosting BRG Outdoors All Levels Prop-Free Yoga with Various Instructors at different parks throughout the El Cerrito, Albany, and Berkeley areas. Now more than ever, our practice matters. We call upon the power of community to sweat, breathe, and follow our practice outside! Join your favorite instructors for socially distanced practice all while feeling the grass between your toes and sun on your skin. Pre registration is required to attend; these classes are free for members, sliding scale donation for guests. Please come prepared with your mask, hand sanitizer, mat, water, and layers to keep you comfortable while you move in the great outdoors! Check out the schedule below for instructors, class times, and park locations. Reserve your spot, here.

Please come prepared with the following:

  • Mask + hand sanitizer

  • Yoga mat and any props you may need for practice

  • Water

  • Dress in layers- this is an outdoor event!
