We offer a full range of group exercise disciplines from yoga and cross-training to boxing. We create opportunities for fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike to learn, grow, and develop strength with talented instructors!

CLASSES AVAILABLE ON LIVE-STREAM

​During the shutdown, we're doing our best to help our members keep up with their fitness goals.

 

Classes are free for members, and we're asking that non-members consider donating $5-25 for their participation in class. Click the button below, or here to register now.

BRG Outdoors All Levels Prop-Free Yoga

Now more than ever, our practice matters. We call upon the power of community to sweat, breathe, and follow our practice outside! Join your favorite instructors for socially distanced practice all while feeling the grass between your toes and sun on your skin. Pre registration is required to attend; these classes are free for members, sliding scale donation for guests. Check out the schedule below for instructors, class times, and park locations. BRG Outdoors Strength + Conditioning with Jason

Our community focused, high intensity, cross training program for those seeking a combination of strength, aerobic, and functional movement training.

Pre-registration is required to attend; these classes are free for current dues-paying members, sliding scale donation for frozen members + guests.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa is sometimes referred to as "gym yoga" in an attempt to make yoga more appealing to westerners and gym goers. Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice. These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through longer holds, as well as dynamic flows that build strength and increase endurance. Pace of class varies by instructor.

This class is hosted in the BRG Yoga Shed and capacity has been reduced to support social distancing. The window + door will be open, the overhead fan will be turned on, and the room now has an air purifier.

Power Hour with Rich

Looking for a high intensity full body workout? Join Rich on Sunday mornings in well-ventilated, spacious BRG Weight Room for a combination HIIT + TRX class! Get your heart rate up, build functional strength, and work through your fitness plateau with Rich's creative workouts + guidance.

TRX with Rich

Prepare for a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It's great for endurance athletes, power lifters, and fitness newbies alike.  Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously by using a wall-mounted suspension strap system. Whether you're looking for a little extra training for climbing support, or simply looking to build strength- this class is for you!
