Find your class and your community!

We offer a full range of group exercise disciplines from yoga and cross-training to taekwondo and boxing. We create opportunities for fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike to learn, grow, and develop strength with talented instructors.

Due to the popularity of our evening classes, we will soon require members and guests to register for class at least 15 minutes early in order to guarantee your spot in class and reduce congestion at the Front Desk. This change will become effective October 1st, 2019, and applies to all Yoga + Fitness classes offered after 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Class registration is easier than ever. You can register:

  • On our website, at

  • With the Rock Gym Pro Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • By giving us a call at 510.525.5635

  • By checking in at the Front Desk at least 15 minutes before class start time

  • If you are unable to make class, you can cancel your reservation free of charge by calling or dropping by the Front Desk.

As always, please show up for class 15 minutes early to reduce congestion and wait time at the desk, as well as allow enough time to settle into the gym, and be ready to start class on time.

New classes this month!

  • Condition your core in Pilates on Fridays 7:00-8:00am with Olivia Coombs starting November 1st.

  • H.I.I.T: Conditioning and Strengthening is being offered on Monday and Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm, led by Cyrus Monahan-Duran and Jason Elcock, respectively.

  • Jon Lyons will be taking over the Monday 12:00-1:00pm All Levels Yoga starting Monday, November 4th.

  • Add Pilates to your work out regime once or twice a week to stabilize your shoulder, elbow and hip joints, as well as develop a stronger core and better posture. As a climber, have you ever wished you were taller to make a big reach, or more flexible for a high step? Not only does Pilates make tall moves, high steps, and rock-overs easier, it improves your core strength and balance. In addition, Pilates helps keep your shoulders and elbows healthy and strong. Muscle imbalance and lack of flexibility are the primary culprits responsible for climber injuries to the shoulders and elbows. The harder you climb, the greater the stress on your body and the more at risk you become for injury.

  • All Levels Yoga on Sundays at 5:15pm is being discontinued effective November 1st. You can still practice with Jessie on Tuesdays 7:00-8:15pm and Thursday 12:00-1:00pm.

  • The 10am time slot for All Levels Yoga on Tuesday and Thursdays is being adjusted to 9:15-10:15am effective November 5th.

  • Cheyenne is moving to Colorado to train as an Olympian for Tokyo 2020, catch her last Taekwondo class on Monday, November 4th at 5:45pm!
